Silverado 3 Bedroom Duplex - Clean & Spacious. Three bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. 2 queen beds, and a full bed. Nice Dining Area, Living Room, Kitchen, half bath, and private yard downstairs. Close drive to Redwood National Park & beaches. A percentage of all rental revenue is donated to Save the Redwoods League and Nature Conservancy's Redwoods and Pacific Ocean initiatives. Home Away From Home - This is one side of a newer duplex near our small airport while located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in McKinleyville. You can take a short bike ride to the beaches, or Vista overlook where you can watch whales when in season. Hammond Trail is nearby for biking, jogging, or walking and Beau Pre golf course a mere 5 minutes by car. You have a cozy back yard and a double car garage and driveway. Just about 10 minutes from lovely Arcata or Trinidad, and another 15 minutes or so to Eureka if you are heading south or the beginning of the Redwood National Park if you are heading north. This is one side of a newer duplex and is perfect for those coming for vacation or coming to work in the area for a spell and looking for a nice, comfortable furnished rental.

No RVs, Campers, or Trailers allowed.

Any 30 day booking will be charged double the cleaning fee. If it is not automatically added in your booking, we will add the charge for you. We do this because we come in mid-stay and change your linens and do some light cleaning!

Very comfortable home. Beds were exceptional, house extremely clean and a nice neighborhood. It suited our needs perfectly. The rental process was easy and effecient and I especially liked the ability to speak to someone on the phone directly during booking and our check out, to insure that all was well and asked for our feedback about this house.

Well appointed Home in quiet neighborhood

Super clean 3 bedroom with new appliances, carpet, bedding and mattresses. The home has some great antique furniture that is in like new condition. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils, pots, and dishes. A charcoal BBQ off a small deck in the back yard, nice chairs and table in the small back yard. A very comfortable floor plan and just a cozy place to stay. I walked to the Hammond trail in the morning it was a very peaceful way to start the morning after a cup of coffee.
